14 Florida Bailliages

There are 14 bailliages in the Southeast Region of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. They are located throughout the State of Florida except for the panhandle. Young Professionals Competitions
Major aspects of Chaîne’s community outreach include the the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseur Competition, and Young Sommelier Competition. Both are supported by the Chaîne Foundation, the Foundation Friends. For more information please see below.
Societe Mondiale du Vin
.The Société Mondiale du Vin (“Mondiale”) is a program of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs that was created to promote the enjoyment, knowledge and understanding of fine wine and crafted beverages. Mondiale also encourages the collection and dissemination of information on wines and quality spirits and conducts events designed with this purpose.
Mondiale also supports and encourages young sommeliers by sponsoring a National Jeunes Sommeliers Competition since 2005.

  • About the Southeast Region

    The Southeast Region of the Chaine des Rotisseurs is comprised of 15 Bailliages (chapters). There are 15 Bailliages in Florida's South East Region. The panhancle of Florida is in the South Central Region.
